ZINC PHOSPHATE

ZINC PHOSPHATE is a white powder for use as pigment in paint formulation in combination with suitable binders. ZINC PHOSPHATE based primers give satisfactory performance on mild steel surfaces in aggressive coastal and humid environments. It is manufactured from purest ingredients for desired performance.

MONO ALUMINIUM PHOSPHATE & MONO ZINC PHOSPHATE (REFRACTORY CHEMICAL)

Both chemicals are specially formulated syrupy liquid, which is widely used in refractory industry. The bonding of refractory concretes, masses and mortars is a subject of very special importance in the ceramics field.
To obtain an effective cold bond using MONO ALUMINIUM PHOSPHATE up to 10 % of bond, clay should be included with the MONO ALUMINIUM PHOSPHATE.

ACRYMER 1K (SCALE INHIBITOR)

ACRYMER 1K is an advanced formulation of low molecular weight poly–acrylic homopolymer. It is a high-performance polyelectrolyte with multi-functional properties including sequestration, dispersion, scale inhibition, crystal growth distortion etc.
ACRYMER 1K supports crystal modification, which deforms the growing inorganic salt crystal to give small, irregular, readily fractured crystals that do not adhere well to surfaces and can be easily removed during cleaning operations. This disperses the precipitated salts to prevent agglomeration of the precipitated salts. It is an effective scale inhibitor to inhibit precipitation of Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Oxalate, Calcium Sulfate, Barium Sulfate, and other low solubility salts. The product shows good stability.

DISPERSANT PZ (DISPERSANT FOR ZINC AND CALCIUM PHOSPHATE)

DISPERSANT PZ is an advanced formulation of low molecular weight carboxylic sulphonate copolymer. It is a high-performance stabilizer with multi-functional properties which provide stabilization for Zinc and Calcium Phosphate in circulating water systems.
DISPERSANT PZ acts as a strong dispersant for Zinc and Calcium Phosphate in cooling water circulating systems by holding the silt & other suspended solids in suspension and preventing fouling. It offers higher solubility for salts, works as crystal modifier, and has higher dispersing activity.
