As water concentrates in cooling systems, dissolved ions may exceed the solubility of some minerals and form scale. The life-giving properties of water can also encourage bacterial growth that can foul system surfaces. These problems require proper treatment and control to maintain the value of a cooling water system to the process it serves. HYDROCHEM 5066L is a multifunctional water-soluble corrosion inhibitor which has been formulated to inhibit corrosion from the formation of high chlorides in industrial re-circulating cooling water systems.

HYDROCHEM 5077L

It is a high-performance scale inhibitor developed to prevent Carbonate and Sulphate scales including Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3), Magnesium Carbonate (MgCO3), Calcium Sulphate (CaSO4), Magnesium Sulphate (MgSO4) scale deposits in saline water (3000 – 5000 ppm) circulating systems.
