CHEMICALS FOR LOW AND MEDIUM PRESSURE BOILER

HYDROCHEM 220 L

It is a Phosphate base with Organic dispersant product to prevent corrosion and scale formation in Boiler.

HYDROCHEM 230 L

It is a sulphite based catalyst oxygen scavenger. Removes boiler water oxygen, stops conjugate cathodic reaction and thus prevents corrosion in boilers operating at low to medium pressure.

HYDROCHEM 250 L

Mainly pH booster liquid formulation, containing an organic dispersant and catalytic oxygen scavenger for preventing corrosion and scale formation in boilers.

HYDROCHEM 260 L

It is a single application multifunctional product specially formulated to prevent scale and corrosion related problems inboiler and the product acting as pH booster and it is almost zero TDS chemical.

HYDROCHEM 270 L

It is a catalyzed amine based liquid formulation designed to control corrosion and scaling. It keeps the condensate return lines corrosion free by forming a protective layer over the metal surface. It is very effective where the return of condensate is in the range of 90%.

HYDROCHEM 225 L

HYDROCHEM 225L is low molecular weight polyacrylate homo polymer. It is highly effective as dispersant and scale inhibitor in industrial water treatment, boiler water treatment as well as in all types of water based formulation.

HYDROCHEM 401L

It is a Catalytic Hydrazine Hydrate base product removes oxygen in boiler feed water even at ambient temperature for protection from corrosion without there being increase in any dissolved solid level for boilers operating at high pressure.

HYDROCHEM 281L

It is a morpholine base specialized polyamine liquid formulation highly effective for monitoring of pH and alkalinity in Boiler water. Also applicable for condensate treatment as a neutralizing amine.

HYDROCHEM 291L

It is an excellent product with an alkaline phosphate based formulation to protect the boiler from scale and corrosion related problems.

HYDROCHEM 402L

HYDROCHEM 402L is an oxygen scavenger based on DEHA. It has a greater oxygen scavenging capacity than ordinary oxygen scavenzers. It is used for removing residual oxygen in boiler feed water as such or after mechanical de aeration.

HYDROCHEM 404L

HYDROCHEM 404L is an oxygen scavenger based on activated carbohydrazide. It has a greater oxygen scavenging capacity than ordinary hydrazine hydrate. It is used for removing residual oxygen in boiler feed water after mechanical de aeration. This product is nontoxic and non-carcinogenic as compared to hydrazine hydrate-based products.
