ETP Chemicals

ETP Chemicals

An Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is a specialized facility designed to treat and purify industrial wastewater before its safe discharge into the environment. ETPs employ various physical, chemical, and biological processes to remove contaminants, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and minimizing negative impacts on ecosystems and public health. Some of the associated problems with wastewater are foaming, solid accumulation, high BOD, sludge de-watering, heavy metals, and offensive odor. Polyelectrolytes for wastewater treatment are considered one of the best chemical processes

FLOCCULATING AGENT

HYDROFLOC 7002B

It is a single pack chlorate-nitrate accelerated zinc phosphating chemical ideally suited for quick and uniform phosphating of different type of steel wires even when several strands of it are simultaneously run through the bath.

HYDROFLOC 7003B

It is an accelerated hot dip process for producing a zinc phosphate coating on steel to facilitate cold mechanical deformation.

HYDROFLOC 7020

It is a unique formulation of polyamine-based polyelectrolyte cationic liquid which primarily acts as a coagulant in water clarification and also effective in effluent treatment applications.

HYDROFLOC 7019L

It is a unique formulation which primarily acts as an efficient fluoride removing solution from effluent treatment water.

HYDROFLOC 7007L

It is a liquid excellent, high performance, superior quality polymer of inorganic sulphate based coagulant formulation for clarification and also effective in effluent treatment applications.

HYDROFLOC 7022

It is a high performance; PolyDADMAC based cationic coagulant scientifically formulated for use across a wide range of potable and non potable raw water clarification and enhanced organics removal, removal of organic color and filtration.

HYDROCHEM 7035 (IRONGUARD)

It is special amphoteric polymer formulation designed to efficiently break out oil-in-water emulsions from wastewater. Its unique properties separate iron fines & particles from the oil-water emulsion generated in hot rolling sheet mill process. This unique demulsification process also provides a reusable source of iron and water.

HYDROCHEM 7036 (COD reducer)

It is a uniquely stable oxidizing chemical suitably stabilized. Used as a multipurpose and highly effective general oxidizing agent specially formulated for Oil Refineries for reduction of COD in effluent water. This synergized blend can be used variety of effluent water treatment applications.
